Shepherdstown, WV - Friends of Music, the non-profit organization dedicated to supporting musical excellence at Shepherd University, is once again bringing back the nostalgia of the big band era. The Third Annual Tuxedo Junction will be held on May 7th and since it’s inception in 2008, the sold out event has been an evening of elegance, dining, dancing and great times for hundreds of people and a very good cause. Tuxedo Junction has raised tens of thousands of dollars for the students of music at Shepherd University.
On the evening of Friday May 7, 2010 the Bavarian Inn will turn into the New York nightclub of bygone days and lovers of elegant dining and dancing from West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC will take part.
