Sponsorship Opportunities
CONCERT SPONSORS RECEIVE:
- Friends of Music Guest Artist Series Brochure Logo prominently displayed in 2009-2010 Friends of Music Concert Season brochure, with the concert your business has selected to sponsor. A printing of 5,000 copies is direct-mailed and distributed to individuals and businesses. The season brochure information is also inserted into the Shepherdstown Observer and the Spirit of Jefferson Advocate with an additional printing of 14,000.
- Shepherd University Calendars of Events Logo prominently displayed beside the sponsored concert listing in Shepherd University Department of Music Fall or Spring calendar of events. There is a 14,000 print run of the department calendar. These are also distributed through the Shepherdstown Observer and Spirit of Jefferson as an insert.
- Concert Program Full-page black & white display ad, logo and recognition in the sponsored concert programs (artwork must be provided.) as well as a 1/4 page black & white display ad in all other Concert Series programs.

- Direct Mail/Posters/Flyers Promotional mailings are sent to all Friends of Music members and flyers posted at area businesses prior to concerts with your sponsorship prominently acknowledged. Flyers can be made available for your business’s distribution.
- Logo prominently featured on lobby display and outdoor theater marquee for the sponsored event
- Ten complimentary tickets to the sponsored event
- Sponsorship acknowledgment and named introduction on stage before concert
- Complimentary admission for two to all Shepherd University Music Department Performances, the Holiday Gala and Reception at Cress Creek Country Club

TWO RIVERS CHAMBER ORCHESTRA
$1,000 Principal Chair Sponsorship
By sponsoring a Two Rivers Chamber Orchestra principal musician's chair, you ensure quality performances by helping increase salary competitiveness for musicians. These sponsorships mean so much to your 2RCO and its ability to attract talented musicians of the highest caliber. Becoming a Principal Chair Sponsor affords you the satisfaction of knowing you play a vital role in creating quality performances, concert after concert. Additionally, as a Chair Sponsor you have the opportunity to name your chair however you choose. Sponsorship is an excellent opportunity to recognize a special person, place or event. Principal Chair Sponsors receive recognition at all 2009-2010 Two Rivers Chamber Orchestra performances, recognition in Two Rivers Chamber Orchestra printed concert programs, two complimentary subscriptions to the entire Friends of Music Concert Series, an invitation for two to exclusive VIP post-concert reception with the 2RCO, and membership in the Friends of Music.
SCHOLARSHIPS
$2,000 Named Scholarship
A scholarship in the name of your business, corporation, in memory of a special person or event, can go to an outstanding high school senior who will enter as a major in music at Shepherd University.
$1,000 Friends Fellowship
Contribute to a scholarship in support of an outstanding music major at Shepherd University. The awards not only assist students financially, they provide encouragement, foster musical growth and contribute to life-changing experiences in young musicians.
